A “SITELESS” BUILDING SITE.

Our installation staff are well-trained and experienced and you will hardly notice they are there :

                   
  • We can install cellars throughout the year and when it best suits you,               
  • Excavation performed as required for installation,              
  • All supply, assembly and commissioning is completed within 8 days,              
  • The site is made good at the end of the works.         

ABOUT THE BUTYL WATER-PROOFING LINER

The liner used to waterproof our cellars is made from UNIVEX Butyl synthetic rubber.

Butyl is elastic, durable and rot-proof. It is supplied in rolls, pieces are cut and then heat-sealed together to form the walls and floor of the liner. To test the seal, the liners are closed using vulcanised joints and then inflated to 12 mb for 15 hours in order to detect any leaks which may be present. 

SOCOTEC CERTIFICATION

Based on an original technique patented by Georges Harnois, Hélicave Harnois is a concept which is unique in the sector. SOCOTEC, the building control authority, has checked and approved the specifications for each model developed and installed by Hélicave Harnois. With SOCOTEL certification they are eligible for home improvement and construction loans.
